Greek salad is another one of my favorites. You can think of it as a summer salad but it works just fine no matter the season. I like to follow the traditional recipe most of the time but having bell peppers in my salad doesn’t work for me so I skip them every single time. However, if you like you can add them as well but stay away from boring combinations like beets or lettuce since they do not belong in the original recipe. Still, if a salad is just too simple for you then serve it like me, with a side of pork steaks. lol
- 6-8 Campari tomatoes
- ½ medium size red onion
- ½ cup cucumber
- 3oz (80g) goat cheese feta, cubed
- 1.5 oz (40g) olives, sun-dried
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1-2 tbsp oilve oil
- You don't need instructions for making a salad, do you? Just chop and mix everything then add olive oil and lots or oregano and you are set.
