Banana Mango Smoothie, probably too addictive due to its incredible freshness | CookingGlory.com

If you don’t care about summer too much and you enjoy a chilled fruit drink no matter the season, I think I got just the thing. Banana and Mango smoothie is definitely my favorite but, then again I never met a smoothie that I didn’t like… well sort of anyway. There is not much to tell about this recipe, basically you can blend any kinda of fruits into a smoothie but not all combinations actually work. Now, I am using a KitchenAid thing for all my “blending” needs but anything else is fine, I guess.

Ingredients
  • 1½ mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2-3 mint leaves
  • 2-4 cups pineapple juice or guava juice
Instructions
  1. Add to your blender mango, peeled and pitted, banana, 1 cup of ice, mint and 1 cup of juice; mix until mint becomes very fine.
  2. Add the rest of the juice and mix for another minute. You can use basically whatever juice you might want, use your imagination.
