Grilled Vietnamese Meatballs

Ingredients
  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2-3 green onions, chopped as fine as you can
  • 1-2 tsp ginger root, grated
  • 1 tsp red chili pepper flakes
  • 1 egg white
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
  1. Preheat your BBQ to medium-high (350° F - 400 ° F).
  2. In a large bowl combine ground beef with everything else; add salt and pepper to taste. Mix gently then start forming 11/2 inch meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs on the grill and cook about 2 minutes per side, if spheres can have a side. lol
  4. Transfer meatballs on a plate and let rest for 5 minutes.
