Honey Mustard Maple Plank Cod
Serves: 4
  • 1 tbsp ground mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1lb cod fillets
  • 1-3 maple planks
  1. Make sure you soaked your planks in plenty of water for at least two hours before you start grilling. There should be some instructions on planks packaging as well.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high (400° F / 205° C). Place maple planks on grill covered for 2 minutes then turn them over and grill the other side for another two minutes.
  3. In a small bowl combine mustard and honey. Brush both sides of fillets; season with salt and pepper to taste
  4. Place fillets on plank and grill covered for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
