Grilled Basa over Spicy Slaw
Serves: 2-4 servings
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp jalapeño, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • ½ cup red onion, diced
  • ½ cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 2-4 medium size basa fillets
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  1. Add all veggies to a medium size bowl; pour apple cider and toss well to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray and preheat to 300° F / 150° C. Drizzle fillets with oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill your fish, covered, abut 5 minutes per side. Server over slaw and enjoy!
