Quail Eggs Shots

Serves: 4 eggs
- 4 quail eggs
- 1tbsp bacon, fried and finely chopped
- 1tsp chives or fresh onion
- salt to taste
- Get some water boiling in medium size saucepan and poach your eggs for not more than 20 seconds (I'm serious!), then run under cold water briefly.
- Remove their tops which is pretty difficult and sprinkle the bacon, chives and some salt
- Serve immediately!
